New to the podcast after a couple years of recommendation from friends. I usually listen to this while doing a workout but I have learned not to do that when I have to do something intense, like intervals. I am so often laughing out loud, probably mostly at Jesse's comments, that it is not great during an intense workout.
And What's going on is my favorite section, you should never rush through that. People tune in because they love to hear what is going on. And for what it's worth, the episodes are never too long! I mean, you know how long workouts are during ironman training, so the longer you keep me entertained on my run or trainer workout, the better. Thank you for honest discussions into so many issues. From your successes and disappointments in life and sport, to painting a realistic picture of parenthood combined with personal growth, there is always a nugget of information to take away and apply to life.
I look forward to more. Love the dynamic, answering of questions from different views, and general broad spectrum of information that comes out. Multiple times every episode I find myself agreeing with a thought being discussed.
