Where is samui beach village

Air Conditioning. Children's Club. Spa Facilities. Swimming Pool. They named the new development "Samui Beach Village". Over time the whole location, including the earlier phase 1 single storey villas became know as Samui Beach Village.

There are fourteen one and two storey luxury villas in phase 2 of Samui Beach Village similar to Baan Keaa as shown in the image above. There are villas for sale, for rent and others that have permanent residents living in them. Please see the village map below showing the position of the villa 10, Baan Keaa within the village.

All fourteen villas are privately owned and each villa owner has a shareholding in the common area company. Samui Beach Village fronts on to Nahai Beach as shown in the image above.

Each villa has direct access onto the beach via the common area road and private path down to the beachfront. When you arrive on the beach you begin to appreciate the spectacular views over the silver sand and out over the Sea of Thailand. The bay is protected by a coral reef which unfortunately is just about clinging onto life in some parts.
