Reviewed Jun 2 Cons: When we checked in, the attendant was rude and was only concerned about upgrading us to a larger vehicle even though we were scheduled for a Toyota Highlander which was plenty big. He was so rude. I was so flustered that I never remembered to ask him for a toll pass, and he never offered one, so off we went.
Of course, we immediately encountered numerous tolls in Orlando and paid as many as we could there were some without a toll plaza so we couldn't pay them. When we returned the car, i told two agents that I needed to pay the tolls we missed, and they told me to call the number on the receipt, but when I called, the outside company could not help. They said I was misinformed by the EZ agents. I now have a headache on my heads dealing with the missed tolls and possible massive fine headed my way.

When I picked it up I was told it wasn't unlimited mileage because I had a local identification.
I argued but in the end it didn't matter in my case. I was allowed miles per day which was plenty for me. However, when I returned the car they said I had driven 1, miles and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for the rental. Luckily I took a picture of the odometer at the time I rented the car. Going under the details of the picture they could see the time and date the photo was taken.
I actually had only driven miles in 8 days. Somehow their computer said the car had 1, fewer miles on it than it did at the time of the rental. How did this happen? Was it the rude woman at the pickup desk that I had argued with? I don't know for sure but that would be my guess. Had to be assigned a second car. The two cars I experienced had air freshener that was not pleasant. The second car had stains in the drivers seat. The second car leaked water. They have you inspect the vehicle before you drive, but the garage is so dark and the car was wet it was difficult to inspect.
